This year，Zhongya company has partnered with Weihong zhongya to develop a range of machines for the manufacture of label products.

The new label machine is said to have the ability to flip the web over between any of the stations, die cut, slit, convey and package. Double wallboard structure，ensure the machine run smoothly with high speed.

Modular format

The modular format of the machine can be configured to provide a great mix of capabilities for customers. It eliminates the need to purchase raw and processed materials and combines multiple operations for inline manufacture of finished products.

The machine utilises the latest PLC system and touch screen, easy to operate. Automatic sealing and labeling, adopts the high precision fiber-type sensor, auto length and sheet counting function. The rewind unit adopts four shafts and add the support device, ensure the stable and precision rewinding. Large space for unwind paper,easy to load paper. Auto correction function,flexible and reliable response.

Perfect registration and tension control

This totally integrated solution is controlled using a PLC, with servo drives for perfect registration and tension control throughout.
